CASH (COMMITTEE AGAINST SEXUAL HARASSMENT) UNDER THE ‘VISHAKA GUIDELINES’ With regard to the supreme court judgement & guidelines issued in 1997, to provide for the effective enforcement of the basic human right of gender equality & guarantee against sexual harassment & abuse, more particularly against sexual harassment. UGC has issued circulars since 1998, to all universities, advising them to establish a permanent cell & a committee & to develop guidelines to combat sexual harassment, violence against women & ragging at all universities & colleges.
Committee against Sexual Harassment (CASH) at college SCMIPS, has been formed as per directives of supreme court of India. SCMIPS is committed to provide a place where people can work & study courtly. Committee conduct meeting in 15 days for solving all the problem of female staff and student.
